At Our Concept Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
